Every 90's kid has been waiting for this day. After 27 years, Las Vegas police arrested a man with the murder of Tupac Shakur, AP sources say. A grand jury has indicted Duane "Keffe D" Davis with the icon’s murder. The investigation began in September 1996.
“Today justice will be served in the murder of Tupac Shakur,” Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson.
Detectives had plenty of information about the crime, but they didn't have the incriminating evidence needed to arrest Davis, until recently.
Tupac Shakur is one of the most influential rappers in hip-hop culture. While he's known for his contribution to the rap industry, he became infamous after his untimely death.
